Wheres the best place to buy a decent cable , the ones advertised on e bay are the wrong size wheel end , and the one i bought from an internet multi classic parts supplier , lasted half a mile , before squeeking and then braking

I have an A2 for over 5 years now
I have not bought a speedo cable but I have replaced the push / pull accelerator cables from Wemoto - quality seems good.
You have to be careful with the A2 cables as the uk bars are lower than other models
If in doubt talk to ZPower - I have used since 1986 - extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
Z1 Enterprises in the USA are also good.

There are lots of other suppliers, but these are my main ones.

Thanks for info , i will contact Phil at z power . i dont think i have put the drive in wrong ? and is where it should be , and it would have broke straight away if not geared

Speedo cable is not affected by handlebar height.

Correct. The length difference on A2 is due to re positioning the caliper behind the fork. Correct length is 94cm
