Can anyone assist with the correct thickness of the rear left hand spacer on the Z9.
It's the one that sits in front of the sprocket. The one I have is 15mm thick and causing a few issues.

Hi Wrigers
15 mm seems to be the correct width...did you put the sleeve of the sprocket carrier the corect way in? Just check that out.

Best explained with a couple of photo's I think.
The rear end came with a concoction of spacers, I've already replaced the right one, now correct.
When the full wheel is offered up to the swinging arm, it won't go in by around 5mm. That's why I think the spacer is wrong and possibly from another model.
Duane (dd900) might have one and I can compare the two.

As Phillippe said take off your sprocket & turn the spacer around the one that has a collar on it ,my spacer only comes out of the sprocket 5mm yours appears to be about 10mm

Hi Wrigers

the spacer of a z900 is 10 mm thick (n° 42037023), the spacer of a Z1000 is 15 mm thick,(n°42032071) I think you have a Z1000 spacer.
Sorry about my previous mail :blush
Took one out of my spares box, was a Z1000 spacer...
