Skimming Z9 a4 cylinder heads

Just had cylinder head skimmed by 5 thou of an inch, will the valves hit the pistons, if so, how could I remedy it? Any advice helpful

a 5 thou skim ( 0.0127mm ) is nothing.
Less than the variation in gasket thicknesses.
You have miles of clearance .
