What's the recommended fork oil weight to use on a Z1R ?

170-178cc sae 10w. 15 weight firms things up nicely.

as Mark mentioned above, sae 15w gives better results. I use the sae 15w front fork oil in all the front forks of my bikes.
I'm pleased with that.
