swinging arm for z1000a1/a2

#1 PostAuthor: bart » Thu Jun 13, 2019 2:54 pm

I am looking at buying a z1000a1 standard swinging arm, does anyone know if the later z1000 a3/b3 swinging arm is the same as the a1/a2 ones?

Hi Bart
on the outside they're the same, on the inside it's another story.
The A1 swing arm has one needle bearing on each side, the A2 and A3 have two needles bearings on each side.
To the best of my knowledge, you can't put two needle bearings on one side in an A1 swing arm.
Somebody else might correct me if I'm wrong.
