I have been disappointed with the standard of some of the repro side covers I have been buying. Any leads on where I can get better ones thanks

Keep scouring EBay.

I ordered one from Zpower for my Z 'thou' and it was as good as an original with nice sharp edges and crisp locating lugs.
When I ordered a second one later in the year, it was awful and so much so that I sent it back. When I spoke to the guy at Zpower about it he said it was luck of the draw with whichever supplier they got them from, which struck me as strange. If it was me, I'd have quality checked the batch first before taking delivery?

Or only use the supplier of the good quality parts!

Club one's are not only better than the Repo one's, but actually better than the originals.

+1 on that, I've had several through Jerry and they've been spot on.
