Loom Outer Cover Material Crumbling Away

#1 PostAuthor: IrishKev » Fri Oct 04, 2019 6:06 pm

I have a loom and some other electrical cables from a z1 900 73 on which the black outer material has dried out and is breaking and rumbling away when I handle them. Does anyone know is it possible to have the loom recovered along with the other cables which are for the two handle bar switches and other cables. Is there some heat shrink material of the same kind black gloss in colour that i might be to get that would do the job. Has anyone has a problem like this before. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Irishkev
