Hi ogri211
you need a dull/satin black 2 component paint (paint and hardener).
remove the old paint as much as possible
polish the aluminium parts which have to stay unpainted, degrease the whole wheel with aceton
tape the shiny aluminium parts off
spray the wheel and let the paint cure overnight
peel off the tape
protect the non sprayed parts with a clear coat for alloys
job done (after a few days of work)

Can´t read the RAL number. Does it say RAL 9005?
That is first choice for frame and brackets. For wheels thats too glossy, IMHO

Hi ogri211
I use the Ral 9005(black) Selemix epoxy paint (10% gloss) with hardener. It gives a rather dull finish depending on the amount of hardener you use . The recommended mixture is 4/1/1 (paint, hardener, cellulose thinner).
If you "google" Selemix you can find the manufacturor.
It's a very durable and resistant paint, it adheres to aluminium.
I hope you can find it!
