This may appear a bit of a daft question but.. my bike was made from different bits a pieces as I have found out over the last year or so. The carbs are I understand gs1000 very similar but the idle screw is on the bottom rather than the top. Now the question it has what appears to be a 8mm fuel inlet and the fuel tap has a 6mm so I am assuming I need a reducer? Also the fuel tap also has two outlets which begs the question do I need a joiner?
Hope that makes sense before I start ordering more fuel pipe and joiners and connectors

Re: Fuel pipes
If the carbs only have one fuel feed you’ll need a “Y” piece joiner or a fuel filter that has 2 in with a single outlet. Or replace fuel tap with a single outlet - a Pingel for instance.
