Clutch cable replacement.

#1 PostAuthor: ianali » Tue Nov 26, 2019 3:08 pm

Cable snapped. Have replacement ready and have removed the cover and old cable. Apart from a good clean is there anything else I should do before fitting the new cable? Cheers, Ian.

Fit one of Cybike's "Easy clutch release kit" while you've got it in bits. Quality bit of kit & makes the clutch operation slightly lighter too !

Thanks Keith il have a look at that. Clutch operates very smoothly but can’t do any harm to keep it that way huh.
