GPZ1100 Starter Clutch question

#1 PostAuthor: dynodave » Sun Dec 22, 2019 11:18 am

Guys,
Decided to do the starter clutch on the GPZ1100 engined Harris and come across an issue.....I bought a starter clutch kit but the larger dowels are too long to fit in the housing. They measure 14.45mm long. The ones that came out appear to have been hand ground to around 13mm long. Any idea's?

The correct length of the rollers is ~14.5mm ANADIITS
They are 15mm diameter.
