Gpz1100 B1 Tachos

I've got couple of NOS Gpz1100 B1 tachos which supposedly, when I bought them off fleabay, worked. Unfortunately neither actually worked and so I'm looking for someone to check them out and hopefully get them working again. Any electronics specialists here?
I'll be looking to sell them on, so if anyone wants them as-is or can wait till they're sorted let me know.
