ohlins ka140 preload adjustment
Hope someone can help. I have just fitted a new pair of KA140 ohlins and want to lessen the preload a little, I can't separate the two rings and am marking the paint on them. It looks like there is a ring in a groove in the top of the adjusting ring . Am I just not strong enough or doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. the grooves above the adjusters are not a thread so I assume you have to somehow fit the ring into a higher groove (spring compressors?) Thanks Graham.
