wave washer

hi all quick question does the wave washer on the headstock fit underneath the top yoke or on top with chrome washer and bolt on my z1.

It sits under the chrome washer :!:

great thanks looked at schematic but obviously doesnt show top yoke.thats how i have it but best to check.
