Any help setting up throttle position sensor on 85 model runs but is lumpy

Before adjusting throttle position sensor has bike been stood? Sounds like primary jets need cleaning,will not tick over and will run,also check if it runs on all four,temp sensor useful for this ,hope this helps.ps sensor don't usually need adjusting unless carbs been stripped and it moved,I always check basics before anything else. Have diagnosed many faults on bikes with a temp sensor,ex nhs or similar

Am i missing something here?...Do 85 Gpz1100's have carburettors??

is the DFI light flashing in the ecu ?

Not to sure on the GPZ, however my Z1300 has the same position sensor, I was told for the Z13 take the rubber cover off the TPS then get an accurate multimeter then put the +ve lead to the centre wire ( there are 3 ) the -ve to earth and the reading closed throttle needs to be 4.97 v to 5.00v
Then check at throttle wide open the reading should be 0.64v to 0.74 v, initially I set mine to 4.97v and it ran super rich so reset to 5v lots better tbh the more accurate the multimeter the better
This is for the Zg 1300 DFI though, take a note of the initial voltage first but on closed throttle the higher the voltage the leaner it will run.
