Hi Kev, another forum member drop there 650 off to me for some work. It had projector 8,s in and ran ok. Ran a lot better with denso 22's. There was no clearance issues and no apparent benefits.

Denso Iridium are very good - ran the same set in my olds Z1000 (1075) for a few years, did many thousand miles of long/shorts trips plus a bit of sprinting; used to rag it and the plugs were trouble free.
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

You'd be better off indexing and possibly side gapping the stock plugs if you want to get the best out of them.

I don't have any running problems using stock b8es and not changing them either, just asking out of curiosity in relation to others use of projector tip plugs.
