Z1-B Rotor bolt and washer

#1 PostAuthor: steve452 » Sun Aug 30, 2020 2:17 pm

Can anyone confirm that these are the rotor bolt and washer (114G0-840 & 92022-218). I'm fairly sure the washer is correct as it fits perfectly in the recess at the front of the rotor. Its dimensions are 23.46 OD x 8.51 ID x 4.12mm thick. The bolt is M8 x 46mm with a 1.25 thread pitch. The threaded part alone is c24mm. The reason I ask is that it is a very tight fit into the crankshaft and I'm loathe to tap out the crank thread if I've got the wrong pitch. I know the bolt came off my bike because you can just see the original dab of yellow paint on the RHS of the head.

The bolt should be M8 x 40mm long (the clue is in the part number 114G0840)
Pitch for 114 M8 bolts is 1.25mm

Many thanks John. I'll order one from Cradley Heath. Adrian, I think you misheard as I'm on the other end of the crank. Thanks for replying anyway. :up
