Twin disc set up

Guyz,

I have always had a want to twin disc my 73 Z1.
I feel it looks a lot better.

What would I expect to pay for all the items needed, if indeed these items are available?

you need a twin res ,bit bigger than single..50 quid ish,4 way splitter 50 ish 2 slimmer discs 100 each ish a lower hose 45 and a bracket 20 ish plus a caliper 80 ish.445 ,but you may get things cheaper from ebay here ect.

73's have six hole mount disc's. Thinner discs didnt start until 77 ish and are only available as 4 hole mounts. So you will need another 6 hole disc not 2 thinner 4 hole discs. This will add unsprung weight but not really noticable when riding.

I recently put twin disc set up on my 73 Z1 and agree they look better, i bought the whole kit of Phil of Zpower Fame :)
it arrived super fast and fitted spot on job done.

Yep, always nice to be able to stop better and looks nicely balanced - this is my mate Dave's Agrati imported 73 UK Z1 (now sold) with what is believed to be the factory set up.
