Brake rebuild lubrication

Hi All,
So I’m completely rebuilding the brakes on an old GPZ11.
New seals, pistons etc.
When putting the clean dry bits together they obviously need lubricating.
After a google, some are saying to use silicon grease, some to use brake fluid and even soaking new seals in brake fluid first.
Is there a best practice for this ?
Thanks
