Steering damper

Got a 78 Z1000 A2 - Anyone fitted a steering damper ? Where can I get one from and how to fit ? Cheers all

Period one bolts to the lug on the top RHS side of the down tubes and through the bottom Yolk. That said I'd be checking a few other thing first if you think the bike needs one?.

Got one on mine, was on it when I got it, I have run it without and makes no difference, still handles well, just for show.

got one on my 1000A1 had the reflector bracket beefed up first though, as the earlier posts its there for show don't need it once the swing arm in beefed up.
