Carrying on from the paint saga, could someone please, post a picture of a standard gpz1100b1 tank. I need to check whether the stripes go to the front seam or stop short, preferably real life picture rather than library
Cheers Rob

Soz but the stripes are that of a B2. The B1 is opposite with the blue ontop

Kawasaki must have loads of fun in their design department in the early 80's. I just need to have evidence of where they finish on the tank. The one the spray shop has done finishes about a cm before the seam and it should go to the seam.
I will send them pictures tomorrow and hopefully they will rectify it without any hassle.
Although after all the rest of the hassle I have had with the original painter, I suppose that it might be too much to ask for.

Nightmare Rob, sympathise. Never understood why the GPZ didn't have the stripes on the fairing as well, it looks odd IMHO.
