Due to my own personal experiences with SEP, I wouldn't trust them one bit.
They repeatedly lie and the workmanship is not much better. The worst company I have ever had the mispleasure to deal with ever.
Personally I would go to Chris Applebee, one of the best there is.

I used SEP years ago to do a zzr1100 crank and they were great.

Used them more recently to make a liner and they took many months to admit they didn't have the material. In the end they got the job done and didn't balls it up. A mate of mine who ran a workshop till recently had no end of trouble with them over some head repair that they bolloxed up.

Buzzard has sorted me a head rebuild and a rebore more recently and done a fine job both times. He's who I'd ask 1st from now on.

Hi Si, I had Chris do my last 1000a1 crank had to have new rods, big ends, index, balance and weld. The bike now has hardly any vibration and I did not fall off the chair when the bill came through either.
