Any car bumper (ABS/PP) type paint should do as it's designed for a little stretch & flex with the plastic.

This stuff is very good, used it on my CBX inner mudguard and came out like new

Motip M04001 Matt Lacquer, Semi Gloss Black, 500 ml

Use this primer first....

Autotek AT00PPG500 500ml Plastic Primer - Grey

Both available from Amazon and they are cheap !
