Would anyone know where i can view an image of the internal working of the compression damping of the ZRX1100 front forks. Any images from any forks would help. The adjuster screw is near the bottom of the fork leg, to the rear. The fork legs have been vapour blasted and powder coated. There is a bit of blasting media in the bottom of the fork leg. Simple enough to remove but a little concerned if any media has found it's way in to the compression damping part, probably not but want to check anyway. So, i need to know how it works, hence the images required, and therefore knowing how it works should give me a better idea on how to completely remove any trapped media.

Here's the IPC for the 1200R which I'm 99% sure is the same.

Thanks for that Will. I can see the stub at the rear and bottom of the fork legs. There is no part number for the compression rebound mechanism, however it is removable by drilling the pin out and can be replaced with an aftermarket item, apparently. I once found a diagram depicting how these type of mechanisms work internally, buggered if i can find it again!!!
