Gaskets and Valve seals

Hi Lads,
I'm ordering a full gasket set and looking at old posts Vesrah seems to be one of the better makes. Are the Valve seals that come with these kits up to scratch or should I chuck 'em and get Viton ones?

I always chuck them and use the blue Viton ones from Suzuki performance spares
Z1b, z1000a1 x 2 , Aprilia v4 Tuono factory, SV1000
