JMC Swingarm conversion

Hi All, I joined the Club last year after buying an exhaust from Hobbo for my Z1100R ELR. I've had the bike a number of years and only now getting around to making it roadworthy. It's a genuine ELR, but sadly it was butchered back in the late 80's or early 90's and has a FZR1000 front end with upside down forks. It uses FZR wheels and someone fitted what I believe to be a JMC swingarm. It had a dangerous monoshock set up using a SPAX car shocker. I'm not concerned with originality as it is what it is. I want to convert back to twin shock and need someone to weld a couple of lower shock mounting brackets to the swingarm ( see pic). I would like to take it someone who knows what they are doing. Any thoughts on who could do this please would be much appreciated. In or around Hull / East Yorks or North Yorks would be good. Cheers

Can't help with a welder in your area but you can buy some nice ready made alloy shock mounts to make the job easier.

Excellent thank you. I have used Grumpy 1260 before for welding up clutch baskets. I will give him a try. Cheers
