E10 fuel

I live in the UK and have an 1976 Kawasaki Z900A4. I wondered given the coming shift to E10 fuel whether I should switch to E10 or use E5 (97+ octane) petrol. Any ideas?

i try and put premium in. Will certainly avoid E10 if i can.

Use Esso Supreme- currently no ethanol.
