Fuel tap on my Z1000A2 needs replacing or rebuilding

You can get o rings ok (which will stop external leaks) but I couldn't find the rubber sleeve thing with holes in for sale.

If yr rebuilding the tap because it won't turn off the rubber sleeve is likely to be the issue. Mine swelled up and started working again after I left it with fuel in the tank for a few days and a bit of pipe connecting both outlet ports to stop it piddling everywhere. Could try that.

Cheers olly but mine has a minute tear in the diaphragm
And the disc is mangled how that i dont know ?
