Could someone tell me what is the difference between the clips that hold the Carbs to the Cylinder Head and the ones that hold the Airbox on? Different part numbers in the book but the ones I have all look the same.

the carb fixing bands that hold the carbs to the intake rubbers have a smaller diameter then those that hold the carbs to the rubbers that come from the airbox.
They look the same but if you have the correct ones you can see the difference if you hold them next to one another. If you have all the same you won't see the difference and you'll have to find out which ones you'll need to replace...
