Having another clearout and these bits need to go, I am pretty sure the first pics are from an ST, they are 38mm Dia and maybe the rear sprocket and brake assembly, not sure about the second set of yokes, they are 40mm Dia.
Can anyone confirm please.

none of the parts you have are from a Z1000ST. Perhaps the part on the second picture is from a Z1100ST but I'm not sure about it.

Fork diameter of first one 38mm the second is 40mm,
…..it’s a mystery then!

the second set of yokes 40mm diameter are z1300
