Hi All,
Can anyone advise on the correct code and quantity, for the copper washers on the head of a 1000R?
I took off 4 copper and 8 steel washers, this appears to tie in with the parts manual which shows 4 nr. part. 92022-1005 and 8nr. 411B1000, however when I enter these codes on both Zpower and CMS, I get no results. Zpower do have a set of 12 washers, (different code), is there any harm replacing all 12 with copper?
Thanks in advance!

No problem using all copper.
I do.
When you buy them new it's a good idea to anneal them ( heat cherry and quench in water to flash off the oxides) as they come work hardened from the stamping process.
