I'm getting to the stage where all the details and jobs that could be put on the log finger are now going to hold progress up.
One job was to sort out shocks for the 1000R. In an ideal world I would put an original set on her, I think they are Showa, but are as rare as tickets to Johnny Cash. I was planning to get a set made up from Hagon or Maxton just to get back on the road. I saw a set of GSX 1400 shocks for reasonable money on fleabay, would these be a viable alternative until something more suitable popped up?
Thoughts and advice (or offers of gold piggy back shocks!) welcome.

The GSX1400 shocks are pretty naff...

The GSX1400 shocks are garbage. I binned mine in favour of the Hagon Piggyback Nitro
