Back again!
Any suggestions on how I might freshen these up, RHS is similar but has a grubby white insert in the 'Pink' starter button. I don't want to paint them unless it is the last resort. I know there is a product for restoring PVC but not sure if it is effective or suitable on these parts?
Any ideas?

Re: Switch gear
Rubbing ACF 50 corrosion prevention jollop into plastics like that will bring them back to life for very little effort. I don't think it'll make the red switch look like new but it'll help.
