Tools (Club Tools Loan Stock)

#1 PostAuthor: Zebedee » Mon Mar 21, 2022 9:13 am

Apologies if Im in the wrong place but I was looking for an inventory of the club's tools?

Im just starting out on a bare metal frame up renovation and while I managed to drift out the head bearings I now need to press in the tapered needle rollers and wondered if the club has a set of bearing race press tool. Ill need to move on to extracted brake pistons etc at some point and there's the sing arm bearings to come out and be replaced but before I go and spend a shed load of money I just wanted to know what was available.

Thanks will do.

Got the head off tonight and the old bearings out. They were taper needle rollers after all. I was expecting them to be balls. But as Ide already bought new replacements from Zed Power I decided to carry on and drift the old ones off.
