Regarding the front wheel; if its a late Z900 with 4 bolt disc fitment then it should slot straight in with the Z1R spindle/spacers/speedo drive, and discs. Follow the correct assembly procedure and double check that the spindle sleeve nuts do not pinch the forks together. Tighten the fork / spindle caps last, front nut first. Depending on what mudguard you are using, check the clearance at outer diameter of tyre and the mudguard. I've experienced 19 inch tyres making contact with 18" mudguards, at high speed - even after suitable adjustment of the mudguard mounting holes. Regarding the rear wheel: I'm going to assume you used the correct matching Z1000A spacers on the sprocket side. Z1R spacers are different. It would be worthwhile to check the wheel is aligned central to the frame. Different people use different methods but you should satisfy yourself that the rear wheel is "central" in the frame, otherwise handling will be compromised. (always worth checking after a wheel swap but also I've seen a few bikes that were not properly aligned straight out of the factory/dealers and using standard parts !) Otherwise, you should find the swap works fine.
