Hi, not sure if it is of help but I've used a chap called Alan Cooper, he has an "old school" bike mechanic set up at Cotgrave Notts: trades as Twistgrip motorcycles, he fixed a few gremlins on my Z1000, and has currently totally rebuilt my H1 engine as it had destroyed itself.
Totally honest guy, who is very savvy and knows a lot about old Kwaks. https://www.twistgrip-motorcycles.com/c ... storations
