Rear hub identification

Hello, can anyone help me identify this wheel hub? The rim is a '73 June (3f)

Could be a Z1 or H2 rear hub and brake, which someone has drilled 5 extra holes in.

Thanks for the reply Adrian, I was thinking the same about the 5 holes. They just seem "factory machined". Every day a school day
