Spare bits for LH switchgear needed - 70s Zeds

#1 PostAuthor: TiBolts » Wed Jan 11, 2023 6:42 pm

Hi all

I'm refurbishing my switchgear (Z1000-A1) and the plastic bit where the dipswitch attaches is broken. See photo...
I might be able to fix it but it's very small, so...
Anyway, I figured these were the same on most seventies Kwacks, but an eBay search has been fruitless. Anybody out there got a spare one?

Cheers
Theo

Dab of superglue and fit the black bit and screw while wet.
Don't know of any available repop so a (possibly) knackered secondhand one is the the alternative.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! Will follow these up. I do also have a Plastex kit that I might be able to do a decent repair with.

Iv used this a few times and more than happy with the results, it can be molded or sculpted before it dries.

Thanks for all the info guys. I had a go at it with Plastex and it worked ok (well I've reassembled it and it hasn't fallen apart yet).
