1000R/1100R paint differences?

I've got a complete repaint of a 1000R to do. I obviously want to do it original colours and layout but it's currently painted with high detail colour bands with gold pinstripe.
So which is correct for a UK bike colour scheme.
High detail colour bands with gold pinstripe or low detail colour bands WITHOUT gold pinstripe?
There's plenty of pictures about of restored bikes but they conflict with not only each other but also what I thought is correct.

I don’t think the UK actually got green 1000s officially at all. The white ones were all high band gold stripe. The R2s were high band gold stripe in the markets that got them. All the 1100s were high band gold stripe and so were the blue ones. The only low band no pinstripe ones were R1s which had no side panel stripe.
Pick whichever one you like best

Thanks Chris but it's not my bike or choice so just trying to get it back to what it should be. It's an original uk 83 1000 R2 lime green that wasn't registered until 84.
My thinking is 82 low colour bands no gold, 83 high colour bands with gold but I'm not 100% on that so am looking for datable original litrature/pictures of bikes or reliable info for confirmation.
Trouble with most pictures on the net is not knowing dates or if repainted inaccurately or owners preference.

Surely an original uk period brochure and/or period road tests would be the definitive source of information?

It would indeed but finding one is proving difficult.

Yes I've seen that Stu. It's kinda definitive non definitive. Comparing the first green pic and the pic with Eddie Clawson standing beside his bike is what's creating the uncertainty.

I'm just gonna ping the owner all the info and let him decide. Then if its wrong it's not my fault

Personally I think it should be high with gold for an 83 so let's see what the owner thinks!
