Should be easy enough to make a bearing style puller out of 5mm flat bar and and 10mm threaded bar.

bit of heat on the outside of the case should make it expand

see my reply to this issue 6 months ago
wait till the wife/ partner's out. Sneak into the kitchen , fill the washing basin half full with boiling water from the kettle then float the case in it ( interior of cover uppermost). Don't overfill it so water gets inside the cover
10 mins later and the alloy cover will have expanded off the stator and the stator will fall out. Use rubber gloves to lift it out cos it'll be hot.
Clean basin well with soapy bubbles and sneak outside with stator, cover and a celebratory beer.

I'll state the obvious first. Undo the 3 allen keys holding the stator on. Then do the hot water thing but float the stator in the water but don't get any inside the casing or the iron will expand as well as the aluminium so it will stay tight. You want just the aluminium to feel the heat. After 5 mins take it out and if the stator's not loose, hold the stator cover Inverted ( DOHC pointing to the ceiling) over a plank of wood and rap it down hard from a couple of inches height, that might jar it loose without damaging the gasket face
