When does it blow?

Turning lights on main or high beam, ignition only, kill switch off, riding over a bump??

Thats correct 20amp is right size of main fuse. Mine kept blowing the main fuse on my A4, turns out voltage reg was faulty allowing 15+v bought a new combined unit problem sorted.
Well worth checking with a decent volt meter. Another issue may be a short to earth, as other reply you need to give more info on whens its blowing so we can provide a more informed reply
