Z1000J and B2 Rear Mudgards - compatible?

Hi.
Was looking to get a shorter rear mudguard for my B2. Would like to know if Z1000J items are a straight swop ?

They're the same for the B1 and 2, J1 to 3 plus Z1000R and Z1100R (I think). There's probably more models.
Don't go cutting your long rear mudguard down as OEM ones are like hens teeth. We all cut them short, back in the day and now long ones are hard to find. There are some replica ones available, so I'd use one of them to cut and stash your OEM away.

Thanks, I have no intention of butchering the long original one I have - just looking for a shorter replacement.

All those models as GPZ 1100 B1, B2, Z1000J 1-3 and Z1000R Z1100R are the same.
Others do not fit!
