Hello
I am ordering a set of Delkevic headers for my Gpz1100B2 , and i already have a silencer i would like to fit to them .
I will be probably needing to source some sort of stepped adapter to fit it.
Does anyone know the outside diameter of the outlet of Delkevic headers ?.
Many thanks
Mick

Hi.
Used these down pipes in my Harris replica system. I think the are 60 mm. I reduced to 50 mm at the collector with a custom cone. I think I had a pressed reducer at one point but discarded it as it didn't look good.

Checked the Delkevic remnant, 60 mm internal, the s/s reducer I have is 49 mm internal. Here's a clearer pic of my fitment solution. Neat and very tucked in. Needs a polish still.

Thanks a lot for all the info , including some great detailed pics.
The link pipe i am going to use is 57mm so the step of a reducer shouldn`t look too bad .
Thanks again
Mick

This is how my pipe idea came out ,
Was very impressed with Delkevic -- came with everything needed to fit it and seems great quality,
Mated it to a V & H can that came on my Tiger 1050 sport with a link pipe and home made sleeve.
Probably not for the purists , but i like it !.

Looks like a neat installation. The drop in diameter isn't noticeable. The Delkevic's are good quality, the only down side I've found is the headers dis-colour quickly and are hard to re-polish.
