Z1000 J Manual Camchain Tensioner

Does anyone have a written procedure for replacing the standard Auto Tensioner with a Manual Tensioner on an 1981 Z1000 J or is it just a direct remove / refit procedure ?

Believe it’s turn engine over to top dead centre. Remove auto tensioner. Fit manual tensioner tight, loosen 1/4 a turn, tighten lock nut.
