Needle rollers in swingarm Z1000J

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know any clever ways to remove the needle rollers from my swingarm? I don't want to thrash them out using the central spacer bar, but the spacer bar also stops you getting behind the bearings from opposite side of the arm too. Don't need to save rollers or seals as new ones going in.

Short; i flicked out the needles and collapsed the cage in on itself with a soft drift.
Long; the front sprocket had come off in the hands of a previous owner in the mists of time. It had gone straight through the front of the arm and punctured the bearing. This had destroyed about a quarter of the needles and rust saw the rest of them away. When i took the spindle stubs out with the arm off, most of the needles were dust so very easy to remove the rest.
Hole was welded up and cleaned up on the inside. New bearings, sleeves and so forth and away it went.

No luck with mine, I'm going to grind through the cage with mounted points and hopefully split it.

chisel out the needles and cage leaving the bearing outer, that gives you a good lip to get a blind bearing puller on it. Use heat on the outer then hit hard. Will need repainted afterwards. Once you have 1 out, the second will be easier to get at.

Finally got them out, removed the cage and ground through the outer shells to split them. Even then they were difficult to get purchase on to tap free. Dremel to the rescue once again....
