zrx 1200 help needed
hi guys got a zrx1200 2005 with carb issues can anyone advise me the best man to refurb rebuild bench test them or suggestions for an alternative upgrade thx

I've looked after my own and 6 other ZRX's for club members over the last 19 years.
Let Ultim8pc help you out... he's nearer to you than me.
A couple of things I think worth suggesting:
1. Ethanol fuel DOES effect the bouyancy of floats so never set the float heights, ALWAYS set the fuel level heights a couple of mm below the top of the float bowl.
2. 37.5 or 40 pilot jets are worth fitting as again I've found ethanol fuel to varnish up the smaller airways.
Overall they're a great bike.
