Hi Guys,
I’ve just come to install my rear wheel on my Z1000A1 after having both wheels rebuilt only to discover I’ve lost the cush plate spacer. Item 13.

I thought I’d quickly make one, but I need to know the dimension from the sholder to the end.

All the other dimensions I can work out from the bearings. But without that one I stumped.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

Paul

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the reply.
Did your spacer come from a set of wire wheels? The 28mm dimension looks a bit long.
I made a spacer with 22mm from shoulder to end and the cush plate was sticking out of the hub to far. I skimmed it down to 18mm and the cush plate / hub look about right. Plus, the wheel now fits in the swinging arm.
I might stick with this and see how it rides.
