Evening Chaps , I now have a Z1000 A1 in the garage and it is fitted with a Delkevic 4 into 1 exhaust and K&N cone filters. The carbs are jetted standard which there is no way the motor will run correctly with this set up. someone must be running the same set up so I'm asking, What size main jet, Jet needle slot position, air corrector jet size used. I have striped the carbs and they are ready for the ultrasonic bath tomorrow. and then I can rebuild with jets etc somewhere near for the motor to run better. Any information would be gladly received. Cheers

				As above,
Fit air correctors and increase the main jet a size from stock.
Pilot jets and needle position (3rd groove/middle) MUST remain stock.

Apologies for jumping in, but my A1 also came with a 4 into 1 (marshall) but with a standard air box.
Is there anything I need to know carb wise?
Thanks
Paul

No!
As long as everything functions ok you don't need a jetting change from stock just for the pipe.

Just like to thank everybody for the info, carbs rebuild now, and the bike pulls like a steam train, great result cheers.
PS I went with air correctors and 112.5 mains , standard pilot 17,5 and standard needle and slot position. mixture screws 1 1/4 turns out. cheers
