Hi Guys, just acquired a z900rs rear light for my z thou special, just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy a plug to fit, without having to butcher a wiring loom. Thanks, Mick

presumably the z1000 male and female rear light plug was common across many zeds of the time. Look for the taillight unit from a less desirable bike . Or ask John Browse for his tattiest secondhand one that has a good plug , and use that.
