Newtronic Ignition System

Hi to you all, I have a z1b fitted with newtronic eletronic ignition and was wondering if anybody knows how to check that it is correctly set up ?.
I dont have any known problems with the system Iwould just like to check it before the bike goes on the road. the bike is standard in all ther respects
any suggestions would be kindly accepted. :?: :shock: :D

Do the instructions mention that the final ignition timing should be set up with a strobe light :?: Previous instructions should be straight forward mate

Most systems can be checked by strobe light?

I think the Newtronics is the old Pirahna optical system. If it is optically triggered, make sure you do NOT set it up in bright sunlight! Ideally do it when the sun is NOT out or cloudy or even better in the garage with minimal lighting. The optics can be confused in "bright light" (ET?) and your timing will be out. :shock:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
